When it helps

  • Find Latin letters inside Cyrillic text — a common issue after copying from PDF or Word.
  • Check a password or username for characters from a different alphabet.
  • Find Cyrillic characters inside Latin code or config — they break builds and parsing.
  • Detect invisible characters after copying from a web page.
  • Check a domain name for visual substitutions (homoglyphs).
